{Order cancellation fees}
Tabi: 5% + 1 Riyal, may reach (10-25 Riyals)
Tamara: 2 riyals
The customer has the right to cancel their order within the first 24 hours.
* No exchanges or returns outside of Saudi Arabia (because the shipping cost is not reasonable).
We apologize for not accepting returns or exchanges between designs.
* No exchanges or returns on custom sizes
The customer is entitled to a return or exchange only if a manufacturing defect is found in the item.
* The customer's failure to read and understand the type of fabric is not considered a defect that warrants return or exchange.
* No returns or exchanges on previous collections (they are considered custom-made).
Exchanges and returns are only accepted for the new collection.
If the size does not fit the client
The customer is entitled to an exchange under the following conditions.
* If the item matches the description without any additions or changes, whether from the options or additions from the customer (such as snaps, which are considered additions and are treated as custom-made)
Provided that the size exchange takes place on the same day the abaya is received (within 24 hours) before going out in it or wearing it.
* Exchange or return shipping fee (55 riyals)
Gift card refunds are only available within the first 24 hours.
The remaining amount can be refunded after the order.
