In the event that the customer data was incorrect
- If before shipment, it is possible for the store to change the contact information and shipping address
- If, after shipment, the store cannot change the data, then either contact the shipping company or choose to receive the shipment from the branch and take it
- In the event that the shipment is returned to the store, a shipping fee of 28 riyals will be charged and re-shipped to the customer (the store does not accept the cancellation of the purchase process due to the customer’s mistake with the shipping address or phone number)
