It is data that the store does not interfere with (which means that this data is entered by the customer only)


Cart sites are generally connected to each other

The customer is requested to make sure that the correct contact number is entered, and to check whether there is another recipient previously entered or not


The sender is not responsible if the number is wrong or if another recipient was entered and the shipment went to this recipient


In the event that the customer data was incorrect

  • If before shipment, it is possible for the store to change the contact information and shipping address
  • If, after shipment, the store cannot change the data, then either contact the shipping company or choose to receive the shipment from the branch and take it
  • In the event that the shipment is returned to the store, a shipping fee of 28 riyals will be charged and re-shipped to the customer (the store does not accept the cancellation of the purchase process due to the customer’s mistake with the shipping address or phone number)
